  • 1 tin corned beef
  • 1 tin luncheon meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Bajan pepper sauce to taste
  • Mince the onion in a food processor
  • Add corned beef and luncheon meat to the food processor and blend them together
  • Add the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise, and blend them
  • Add garlic powder, black pepper, and soy sauce to taste, and blend
  • Add Bajan pepper sauce to taste while blending
  • Refrigerate the mixture and use it cold
