  • 500 grams pork sliced
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • brandy to flambé
  • 2 limes
  • salt
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • parsley
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the first half of the pork on low heat
  • Add the remaining pork and continue cooking
  • Incorporate the onions and garlic into the pan
  • Pour in the brandy and carefully ignite to flame
  • Season the mixture according to your taste
  • Squeeze the juice of two limes into the pan and add mustard
  • Gradually stir in the sour cream, adding it in ¼ increments
  • Finally, garnish the dish with parsley
