Marinated Raw Fish

Easy
Serves: 3

Marinated Raw Fish, also known as ceviche, tantalises the taste buds with its refreshing combination of fresh seafood, tangy citrus juices, and aromatic herbs. In this recipe, we marinate the fish in a zesty mixture of lime or lemon juice, along with a blend of seasonings and spices. The citrus juices actively "cook" the fish without the need for heat, infusing it with a delightful burst of flavours.
