  • 2 large chickens
  • 1 large onion
  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • 1 tin cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pack Jus-Rol puff pastry frozen
  • Preheat the oven and roast the chickens until cooked
  • Allow the chickens to cool, then remove the meat and dice it
  • In a frying pan, fry the onions and add them to the diced chicken
  • Quarter the mushrooms and add them to the mixture
  • Mix in the soup, adding milk to thin it down
  • Season the mixture to taste
  • Place the mixture in a 9" x 13" dish
  • Roll out the pastry and use it to cover the dish
  • Bake the dish according to the instructions for puff pastry
