Ingredients

  • 10 flying fish
  • delish seasoning
  • badia seasoning
  • 1 packet breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Wash the fish in water and remove the bones
  • Sprinkle fish with lime and salt and leave for 5 minutes
  • Wash off fish with water and pat dry with kitchen towel
  • Season the cavities with Delish seasoning and sprinkle Badia complete seasoning on the fish with a little salt and pepper
  • Dip fish (one at a time) in beaten egg and then into the mixture of flour and breadcrumbs, coating both sides
  • Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan, about ¼ inch deep
  • Drop fish one at a time into the frying pan, turning once (should be brown on both sides
  • Remove from pan and place on kitchen towel to cool
  • Place slices of lime on the serving dish
  • Keep extra breadcrumbs and flour in the fridge for next time!
