Instructions
Dampen a cloth and wipe the okra
Create a slit on one side of each okra to form a pocket and keep them aside
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp oil with the remaining ingredients until well combined
Use the mixture to stuff each okra, pressing it firmly into the pocket
Heat the remaining oil in a pan and carefully place the stuffed okra in the oil
Cook the okra uncovered over a medium heat for around 25 minutes, tossing them regularly to prevent sticking
