Instructions
Whisk the butter with an electric mixer until it becomes light and fluffy
Add the minced garlic, whole grain mustard, chopped fresh thyme, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and panko breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix thoroughly
Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper or waxed paper and place the salmon, skin side down, on the pan
Blot the salmon with paper towels to remove any excess moisture
