Ingredients

  • 1 large ham
  • 1 tin pineapple circles
  • 2 cans beer
  • mustard powdered
  • sugar
  • cloves
  • cherries

Instructions

  • Slice the skin of the ham into squares
  • Pour two beers over the ham in the baking pan
  • Bake the ham at 180°C for 15 minutes per 500 grams
  • In the last 45 minutes, remove the ham from the oven and spread a paste of dry mustard (mixed with water) on the sliced section. Sprinkle it with sugar
  • Push whole cloves into each section of the ham
  • Place sliced pineapple on top of the ham and garnish with cherries
  • Moisten the top of the ham with the beer drippings every 15 minutes
